I think I have posted this before but still worth a second post. While SMR can make a change in mobility, it won’t “stick” until you teach your body to stabilize without tightening the muscles that are… umm… tight. The underlying assumption is that the muscles are tight for a reason, your brain is telling them to be tight so they can stabilize. Give your brain a better choice. If you don’t know where to start, ask Saul, Wes, Kris or Susan. We’ve all done the NKT level 1 course and will be able to help you figure out why your muscles are tight.
